Scholarships & Reduced Rate Services

Every woman deserves access to help. We offer reduced-rate services and financial aid to women in need through our Phoenix Rising Scholarship Fund, supported by donors and partners.

Tax Preparation & Financial Education

We provide personalized tax preparation that’s transparent, empowering, and educational.
Our approach helps clients understand their filings so they can stay in control long-term and with confidence.

Workshops & Programs

Phoenix on the Horizon was founded on a simple truth — financial abuse is real, and recovery takes more than just money.

 

Many survivors of domestic abuse face tax-related fallout — unfiled returns, unexpected debts, or fraudulent filings left behind by abusive partners. These issues can feel overwhelming and isolating.

We exist to change that story.

Our mission is to provide resources, education, and tax advocacy to women recovering from financial abuse. Through professional partnerships and community collaboration, we’re helping survivors rebuild financial stability, independence, and confidence in their future.
